I received a copy of the Perfect Portion Cookbook for free in return for an honest review. Opinions are 100% my own.

When I received this book I was thrilled because I had never seen a book that shows simple ways that delicious looking comfort food can be split into 100 calorie portions. The book not only has recipes but it also has meal planning and also tips for staying fit and also exercises for burning 100 calories.
