I received a free Despicable Me 3 MEGA Construx sets that I am going to be reviewing very soon. These were sent to me for free and opinions of them are my own. I have not actually gotten a chance to review them yet but will. I also mention a couple of sets that I would love to have, mostly because they are cool vehicles.

Power Puff Girls, Beetlejuice and Teen Titans Go! Are Headed to LEGO Dimensions!

You are going to have to wait until after the Summer but there are new LEGO Dimensions Fun Packs and Team Packs coming in September. these new fun packs are going to be based on characters from Teen Titans Go! and will include Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire. There is already a Robin character from the LEGO Batman Movie Story Pack and Cyborg was one of the characters from year one. The press release and images do not show either of these character but it is my wish that LEGO Dimensions will transform these characters into their Teen Titans Go! versions when you play in the Teen Titans Go! Adventure World. They did this for the Batman character and transformed him into the LEGO Batman Movie version so that was fun.

Other characters that are coming are the Power Puff Girls. I never got into these but they should be fun characters to play with.

For you 80’s Fans there will be a Beetlejuice Fun Pack with the sand worm from the movie. This should be fun. More information below! Continue reading Power Puff Girls, Beetlejuice and Teen Titans Go! Are Headed to LEGO Dimensions!

Unleash the #DIYZGuys Super Hero Within Dad with the #DIYZ App – #GetWISE

I am a compensated DIYZ™-sponsored blogger. Opinions are my own and additional products used in the project were selected by me.

Our floodlight on the garage has been out for nearly a year, probably longer. It looks awful, too. Especially since bees decided to start a home in the broken sensor. I had been really intimidated to do this job myself because it is an electrical project.

Upgraded Floodlight

When I was selected to take part in this campaign with the @DIYZ_App I looked through the app and saw that replacing a floodlight was one of the options. The DIYZ App is free to download on both iOS and Android platforms.

Old Floodlight

At least six months ago I bought a new floodlight and lights in hopes that I would replace the broken one. Hoping something will get done and actually doing it myself are two very different things. When I saw the project on the app I knew that was the one I was going to complete. I simply had to, or else I would never have fixed the light. I like how the DIYZ App has step-by-step instructions as well as segmented videos to help me tackle the project. By reading all the steps and watching the videos ahead of time, I knew what I was in for. I also knew what I would need because there was a list of recommended tools and materials at my fingertips. If I had wanted to, I could have easily purchased those tools and materials via Amazon without leaving the app. Continue reading Unleash the #DIYZGuys Super Hero Within Dad with the #DIYZ App – #GetWISE
