Late SwagsGiving 2 Giveaway: Inkoos

Take your favorite stuffed animal and then draw on it. That is the premise of Inkoos. These cute and cuddly square/blocky shaped characters are made for drawing, doodling and just plain expressing your creativity. Eva and I received two Inkoos, a full size one (Dog) and a mini Inkoos (Owl). Right off the bat these guys are cute. They have a very unique look and have a lot of potential for creating something very cool. The large Inkoos comes with a set of three fabric markers and the mini Inkoos has one marker. In our review we received pink, blue, purple and green markers. The markers come with a clip so that you can always keep them right with your Inkoos.

Eva took right to this activity. She colored her whole mini Inkoos blue, and her hands as well. You do have to scrub those little fingers to get out the marker. Eva’s going to take her Inkoos to Show and Tell on Thursday and then we will wash them. The instructions say that you should wash the Inkoos within 48 hours of applying the ink. We’ll see how they do after longer than that. Also, you may use other washable markers with them. There a few other brands as well.

The regular size Inkoos comes with an Inspiration Wheel. This wheel helps you get some inspiration on what you’d like to draw on your Inkoos character. Maybe you are in the mood to draw a super hero or maybe a pirate. Use the inspiration wheel to see what comes up.

There are seven styles of Inkoos and nine styles of Mini Inkoos to choose from. The large Inkoos retail for $19.99, and the smaller ones retail for $7.99. I am sure that you can find one to be inspired by.

  1. I like the purple one with the dark patch around its eye. I can’t find a name for it though. My daughter would love any one of the Inkoos.
