Last Monday Eva was home sick from school so we played with a bunch of toys for review including the Strawberry Shortcake Sweet Beats dolls and the the Stage Playset. These products were provided to us and opinions of those products are 100% our own.

I saw these Strawberry Shortcake dolls on my last trip to the Time to Play Holiday Showcase. Eva enjoys the Strawberry Shortcake television show and I figured that she would enjoy these dolls as well. We received the Sweet Beats Stage Playset that included Strawberry Shortcake and Cherry Jam. We also received two additional individual dolls, another Strawberry Shortcake and a Plum Pudding. I let Eva open the Sweet Beats Stage Playset and the Plum Pudding individual doll. We’re donating the Single Strawberry Shortcake to Christmas is for Kids.

The Stage Playset is nice and it is double sided. Kids can play on the stage side and rock out to two songs. On the reverse side they can get their Sweet Beats dolls ready for the stage in the dressing room. The stage is large enough to fit three of the dolls, which worked well because we only opened three of them. There is one other doll in the band, a Raspberry Torte doll on keyboards but we did not receive that one.

Eva played with the dolls and asked if she could use my camera to take photos so I let her take these last four photos of the dolls and I think she did a really nice job of capturing them.

Cherry Jam – She plays guitar and sings.

Strawberry Shortcake – She sings with the Sweet Beats Stage Playset and plays guitar in the single package.

Plum Pudding plays the drums.

Eva had quite a good time playing with the Sweet Beats dolls. She loved the individual dolls, the playset and even enjoyed helping me put the stage together. The dolls are really nice and they stand on their own. Eva has a lot of fun playing with them also.
