Running Around Town in the Mitsubishi Mirage GT – #DriveMitsubishi

Mitsubishi Mirage GT Sunrise

We received a vehicle loan of a Mitsubishi Mirage GT during Halloween Week. Opinions of the vehicle are 100% my own.

I’ve stated a few times that I want to drive a smaller car. The smaller the better for me. So, I was excited to zip around in the new Mitsubishi Mirage GT. This is a fun little car for running simple errands around town. It is small so parking should never be a problem for you. There is also a backup mirror that can be seen in the 6.5″ Smartphone Link Display (SDA) System.

Mitsubishi Sport Tires

I really liked the 15 inch two tone alloy wheels. They are really stylish. I noticed them right away when the car showed up.

Halloween with the Mitsubishi

while the car is not built for taking a long trip with the family. We actually had plans to go on a family trip during Halloween but those plans were changed at the last minute. That was lucky because this is a car built more for a two person getaway overnight then a couple days for a family of four. It was perfect for us to hop into and zip over to our friend’s house to celebrate Halloween.

Mitsubishi Mirage GT - Perfect Run Around Vehicle

I also took the car with me back and forth to work each night of the weekend. I enjoyed driving it on the commute. Having the choice to use Android Auto was nice, too. I was able to talk to Google and do a bunch of things safely. When a text came in the car would read it for me. I could speak a response, too. I liked having that option. Having the car equipped with a decent sized screen and all sorts of entertainment options was nice. I also loved having the Key Fob in my pocket and the ability to push a button and boom, I’m in the car.

It took a bit for me to get used to the sound of the Continuously Variable Engine. I thought I was running it too hard at first. I wasn’t. After a few days everything settled in nicely for me. I enjoyed the sets and the driving position of this vehicle. The seats were very comfortable. I noticed that right away. I liked the push button start, too but would have liked the button on the other side of the steering wheel. That too, also became second nature by the end of the loan.

We had a great time checking out this car.
