Festive each night
By Drew | August 29, 2008
Trying to focus on a single light on a Christmas light string. I wanted to get some night and light photos this evening and settled on the lights in the back yard. My Dad hangs Christmas lights on the fence in the back yard and has it light up each night at dusk for a few hours. It makes a nice festive atmosphere in the back patio.
We spent the day at the beach. Eva is standing all the time and she’s even popped up for a few seconds with out touching anything. And later tonight I held her hands and she took 5 steps. I think she could have taken more but I was so excited about the 5 she took that I picked her up and we cheered.
Tonight we hooked up Tara’s projector on the sunporch and watched the latest Episode of Eureka on Hulu.com.

Lisa,
Thanks very much. Definitely get out and practice with your DSLR, even if it is to learn one thing each day or week. By the end of the year you will be an expert. I think 15 minutes a day spent on any subject is what helps make you an expert in a field.
