There was an amazing red sun this morning. I shot this through the shades at work around 5am.

Tonight Allison had a surprise dinner for us. It was National Ice Cream Day and because of that Allison made ice cream sundaes for dinner. Eva flipped out when she saw the spread.And when we were done with dinner she went and asked for dessert. Allison said she could have veggies and a cheese sandwich for dessert if she’d like. Funny kiddo.

I made sure that I put in two servings of fruit on my dinner.

And Eva enjoyed making her dinner.
