Beat Bugs Toys

Each month I am talking about the Beat Bugs because I am not only part of the Dream Team for Beat Bugs and also part of the Netflix Stream Team. Did you know that Beat Bugs has been on Netflix for a whole year now? It has and now there are a slew of great Beat Bugs toys in stores including a bunch at Target. You can find them all at http://beatbugs.toys/DreamTeam. We got a couple of these toys. We received a Crick and a Kumi Hijinx Alive Figure. These are some amazing figures because they actually respond to the TV and sing along during various points of each episode. Different character figures interact differently with each episode. Some characters sign songs on their own while there are times when all characters sing together. You can see how that works in the video below.

As I said earlier, Beat Bugs has been on Netflix for a whole year. There was a fun little set of coloring pages that I received from the Netfix Stream Team and you can download the coloring pages by clicking the image below.

If you haven’t caught the show before, you need to go and check out Beat Bugs on Netflix.

Created by Josh Wakely, Beat Bugs is an Emmy award winning animated kids series featuring music inspired by The Beatles. Currently a hit on Netflix, the story revolves around the lives of five best friends, charming and funny childlike bugs who explore and learn in their suburban backyard home. Each episode ties in a song made famous by The Beatles in an innocent and child-friendly fashion, sung by one of the characters or guest stars that include mega musicians like P!nk, Sia, Jennifer Hudson, Rod Stewart and more. Beat Bugs introduces a new generation to the music of the most influential band in rock history, The Beatles!
