Well, it has been dead to me for a very long time now, so it was interesting to see that it is finally officially dead. John Reese Announced it today. I had Blog Rush on all of my blogs except for one that wasn’t acceptable for the program. I never could get that one approved even after I was actively blogging on that one. Whatever, it was something that took up valuable real estate, what supposed to be “above the fold” and all that. Whatever, it is gone, good riddance. Heck I’m still cleaning up old posts that say “Join Blog Rush”, what junk.
Did anyone actually benefit from it in any way? Really?

Hate to say it but several people predicted this early on. Admittedly it lasted longer than I thought it would, although I certainly called its eventual demise right at the onset.
Blogrush was a great idea in some respects. Unfortunately theory and reality don’t always line up.
