Change up Tradition with Onion Crunch

Onion Crunch Challenge

Tomorrow we are going to do an Onion Crunch Challenge. If you’ve made Green Bean Casserole for Thanksgiving before than you probably used French’s French Fried Onions to top it. Well, this year I was sent a package of French’s (what we’ve used for years), Fresh Gourmet (never heard of it or tried it) and Onion Crunch – a topping that we’ve been using on Salads, Hot Dogs and Pizza for the past year. The package came from Onion Crunch so we could do the Onion Crunch Challenge.

We’ll take the three types of fried onions and split our green bean casserole into three equal parts and top those parts with each topping. Then we will take those and do some taste tests to see which fried onion topping we like best.

I have a feeling that we’re going to go through that whole container of Onion Crunch.
