This is one of our vintage cameras. It is a Spartus camera and it was made by the Spartus Corp in Chicago. Not sure about the rest of the info on the item but we even have the original box for it.
Last night I contacted ComCast about the DVR because it is still not working. They were going to send a technician to the house to take a look at the box but instead I did a search for signal boosters and decided to go that route. I ordered the Motorola 484095-001-00 Signal Booster we’ll see if that makes a difference.
