When I do a contest/giveaway I run it this way.
I receive a product to test, review and keep. I review it in a blog post, tweet about it and post to Facebook. I can do video reviews as well. Then I run a contest to give away the product to one or more of my readers. The company sponsoring the contest/giveaway ships the prize to the winner.
The price of each contest is $50. this covers the cost for my time to write posts, promote and manage the contest. Video versions of the review/giveaway promo is an additional $50 for my time to shoot, edit and post each video.
