Getting Painted at Dad’s Night

Photo-A-Day #2384

Tonight was Dad’s night at Eva’s school. It was a fun night where Dad’s were able to experience a night with their kids at school. I’m a very lucky guy in that I can help Eva’s school out on field trips and do things at the school. Most dads do not have that luxury and so the school does a Dad’s Night so they can see what their kid’s school is like. We had a lot of fun. We played, we painted, we danced, listened to a story and had snack. It was very fun. We even did a fun activity were Eva painted my hand and then I painted hers. We put our hands on a big sheet of blue construction paper. What a great keepsake.

This afternoon Eva and I were playing together outside. She has this Tonka Farm and loves playing with it. We named all the animals and played with them. I also was playing with my new 3D Twister remote control car. Eva also liked playing with it as well. Here is a little video of her going crazy laughing as the car spun and spun around.

I’m very excited about the upcoming SwagsGiving event. The 3D Twister is one of the very cool toys that I’ll be giving away. It is super fast and fun. It is double sided and flips like crazy, so fun to play with this car. It occasionally spins out of control but is definitely easier to maneuver than a couple other remote control cars I’ve tried recently. So far this is the most fun.

I was also a guest on the Affiliate Marketing Fanatics podcast. This was with Mike Buechele and Trisha Lyn Fawver. Another guest on the podcast was Wade Tonkin. The four of us had a nice time together talking affiliate marketing, the New York Comicon and more.

  1. Dad’s night for school is a great idea. I think its very important that fathers know what is going on in their children’s lives. I’m glad you had a good time. Cute video by the way!

    1. Tanya,

It is super important that Dads are a part of their kids lives. There is no way I wouldn’t be there for Eva all the time. WI always tell her. “I’m on your Team”. This was a great event.

    1. Thanks Deborah,

I love having the time to be able to help with Eva’s school. It is so much fun to be a part of that experience.
