A Beach Rose across the street from our house on Cape Cod. They haven’t bloomed yet but soon they will be out in force.

Looks like it will be a lovely rose when it blooms. I love the texture of the leaves – looks somewhat like the leaves of a rugosa rose.
I think I wrote on all my blogs that participate in GTS that everything is full of buds but no blooms. I’m getting anxious for all those flowers in waiting. LOL

Tricia,
I think we will be seeing many more in bloom in the coming weeks. For some reason I expect them already to be out but I know it is too early. I wish I knew the proper names for these flowers. But I just think they are pretty and I don’t really spend much time getting to know that info.
The foliage is really pretty…reminds me of a fern.
Pretty photo, Drew!

Never heard of Beach Rose. It looks like it will be lovely though, when it blooms fully.
Happy GTS,

Thanks Deb,
It does have fern-like qualities.
Aiyana,
I’m not sure what it is really called. Beach Rose is what I called it. I’m probably not right about that.
