Help Tyler find a Cure…

I am on a ‘get behind a cause’ kick lately. Yesterday Allison and I committed ourselves to the Relay for Life team with our church and we will start fund raising soon, My last 3 posts have been about the Machinski family on Oprah’s Big give last night and now I have learned about Tyler.
Tyler’s world began to shatter in February 2005. That was when this healthy and active 7 year old boy began showing signs of Dystonia. Dystonia is a debilitating nerve disorder that causes people to shake uncontrollably and twist muscles into painful positions. Rather than sit idly by Tyler’s Hope for a Dystonia Cure Foundation was created to advance research and raise awareness about this disorder.

Just wanted to let you know that I have been trying to drop EC on you for the past few days, but am unable to. Your “drop” is not a link. I tried refreshing the page – no go. Perhaps it is just me – I am here to do it – but it won’t let me.

Thanks for letting me know. I am not having that problem and I am getting over 100 drops a day. I wish it would work for you, I’d hate to have you waste your time trying to drop here. Thanks for letting me know though.

To be clear, Tyler is the great kid battling Dystonia in my daughter’s class. His father and mother created the non-profit Tyler’s Hope for a Cure with Tyler and keep the Progressional Diary at the official site.
I hope that some of your readers find Tyler’s story of interest…any members of Facebook are encouraged to join the FB Cause for Tyler’s Hope.
