I am working towards a more managerial role at work. I have the potential to become a very good boss. I am a really organized person so keeping up with the paperwork would not be difficult for me. Probably the most difficult thing for me would be the writing of performance reviews. I have a hard enough time writing my own year after year that writing one for someone else seems very challenging. I know I can do it and I have written reviews of people after they do their demonstrations. I have found some software online called ManagerAssistant 3.0 and there is a 14 day free trial of the software.
This software looks to be very helpful in keeping up with things like performance reviews. Some of the features of the software that would be helpful are the ability to keep Detailed employee information – benefits, salary, and job history in one place. Help with the production of performance reviews. Tracking attendance, remembering all that comp time and vacation time seems like it would be difficult to juggle. You can also use the software to document incidents, set goals and aid in the recruitment process of potential hires. There is certainly a lot of functionality in this software and it looks worth looking into if you are a manager or supervisor of others.
