Marcia and the Minis

Photo-A-Day #2371

Today Grandpa Dano and Mimi headed back home. We went over to Morin’s Diner for breakfast. Allison and I split some pumpkin pancakes and they were amazing! This was probably something that I wouldn’t have ordered for myself but I certainly would again. Allison said that it is good that I am enjoying pumpkins so much because she’s found a bunch of great pumpkin recipes. I say bring it on.

We came home from Morin’s and took some photos on the front porch. Dan also took a few photos to help us get a family photo so that we can send out some “We’ve Moved” cards. We said goodbye to Mimi and Grandpa Dano and then we headed over to the zoo to enjoy some fresh air and the nice weather.

I took Eva over with the Piggyback Rider. Eva did pretty well on this trip. She didn’t start asking to get down until we actually got to the zoo. I was hoping to take her all around the zoo on it so that she could see all the animals much better. She said that she likes to see the animals through the fence. Allison did get this photo of us though.

I think our UPS guy is not going to be happy to have us on his route. Today Allison got three boxes from Barefoot Books and I got one of some review toys. The guy is older and he’s commented “jokingly” that we’re killing him and that we get a lot of kid stuff delivered. Just wait till I start getting stuff for SwagsGiving reviews. That’s going to be fun.

Tomorrow Eva has school pictures and also gets to bring in cupcakes for her birthday. I went off and picked up my comic books but also picked up some Starbursts so that Allison could cut them into little crowns to put on top of the cupcakes. Eva is very excited about them. Her birthday week continues.

We watched The Lion King again and Eva loved it at home, she wasn’t scared either. I think that the movie theater overwhelmed her. I know that she’s going to enjoy that there is a new app on the iPad that goes beyond the movie. Check out this Press Release about Disney Second Screen:
