My Beautiful Wife

Photo-A-Day #1929

Allison and I went out for a dinner at Meyers+Chang in Boston. This was a thank you event from MyBlogSpark. We were provided with the dinner, gift card, and other goodies through MyBlogSpark. But I will give a full recap of that event on Friday. Plus a surprise and giveaway for you.

Before dinner started, we were there really early since there was no traffic, we got a table and I shot a few photos of Allison. I don’t take nearly enough photos of her and I should. I am so proud of her too, she is the Zumba queen of the YMCA. She’s found something that she loves to do and it works for her. She’s been working so hard. I know I can be a pain in the neck with the camera and take a long time to get the right shot and flash you in the face so much that you feel like you are staring into the sun, but when I get a shot like this one it is worth it.

We had a wonderful dinner together. We were actually able to have a conversation without a bunch of interrupting questions from a precocious 2 and 1/2 year old. We could call the bathroom the bathroom and not the potty for a night. And “Dada Fork” we didn’t have to talk to “Eva Fork”. Don’t get me wrong, I love having dinner as a family nearly every night around my Grandmother’s table, which is now ours, but to actually be able to talk uninterrupted is quite nice. I had a great night with my beautiful wife.
