Bathtub Pumpkins
Photo-A-Day #1206

My sister Tara has planted some pumpkins in Uncle Richard’s old cast iron bathtub. Sure, it isn’t the traditional Our Lady of the Porcelain Shrine but it is still pretty nice. Each morning the flowers are so full and blooming. When I get home they are all curled back up. So I stopped this morning to snap this shot.

Got a few posts about some TV Shows posted. I have a couple of reviews that still need to be done so I’ll get them taken care of this weekend.

  1. What a terrific idea! I’m going to do this next year with plastic barrels (we have a bathtub shortage around here). Garden space is limited and pumpkins take up so much space–this is perfect! 😀

The antique clawfoot bathtub can be refinished to look better then new. The bathtub repair process will refinish the outside and the inside of the tub.

It could be, but then where would the pumpkins go?
