Tonight I ate here with Dan, John and Jessica. We agreed that we should have one of these back home. I think it would do well alongside a Chinese Buffet. It even had wireless access so you could have meetings there as well.

GPS is used on a golf course to determine where you ball is. If you know where the ball is you cna determine how far it is from the hole and thus figure out which club you need. The GPS units on the course do this for you so you get a map with your present location (Hopefully by your ball) and the distance to various points on the course (Most importantly the hole which is where you want he ball to end up)

Thanks Andy, How do they get the GPS locator into the ball. I never heard of that in a golf ball. Sounds interesting. But it also sounds a little like cheating. Too easy to find your ball and all that.

Drew the GPS locator is in the cart you have to drive over to the ball and it will tell you how far away the hole is. Now a locator on the ball would be cool and would save me lots of money, it would have to work underwater though

Well, my take on golf is that if I am going to carry a stick through the woods all day long I better end up at a top of a mountain at the end of the trip. Forget this chasing a tiny ball all over the place.
