Tonight Allison and I went to the Hotel to meet with the banquet coordinator, Kevin. Kevin was super helpful and great to work with so far. We went over the whole event. It is all shaping up. I wanted to get a picture of the room but was unable. So I took a picture of this on my way out. A nice fall scene.
