Solace on the Shore

Solace on the Shore
Photo-A-Day #2055

Each afternoon during lunch I try and grab my camera and hunt for something to take a photo of. I try and find the photos outside. There is a photo that I will try and take some morning when I get in early. Today I didn’t get a chance to get that one so I took a walk outside.

I’ve been listening to another new podcast. It is called Jordan, Jesse, Go. It has been going since 2006 and I’m at episode 26. The newest episode is 153 or 154. It is funny listening to people talk about events when you already know the outcome. The podcast is pretty decent, it has a pretty polished feel to it right off the bat. I guess I have to go even further back to the previous podcasts or radio shows that they have done.

I got a new computer at work. I turned in the laptop and got this tiny little Acer Computer (Aff Link). It is miniature and has about 6 USB ports on top of that. I’ve been setting it back up with all the extras that I had on my laptop. There sure are a ton of them to install. Each time I set up a new computer it is a strange practice in trying to be more efficient. I install less and less each time. More and more functions that I use come from the cloud.

  1. I really like the colors of the sky in that photo.

About the computer. That’s some interesting model. Like a mix of a laptop and desktop, eh?

  2. The view of the picture was better if you use landscape mode. And on the rock there must be something like a little bird or a flower. That would be cool. Nice try man.. It’s cool. 🙂

    1. Jon,

I’ll order up some birds next time. Whether the photo would be better or worse in a different mode is a matter of opinion. Personally the obvious shot would be landscape, however it was not what I intended with my shot. But thanks for the critique and all.
