I love Remote Control Cars, Planes, and Helicopters. There is something about making a vehicle go super fast and do stunts that makes the little kid in me so happy. I am excited to be able to give away an Air Hogs Hyperactive RC. This car is incredibly fast, it can go up to 20mph. The remote technology used 2.4GHZ which means that if you have 9 other friends and they all have their own Air Hogs Hyperactive RC then you can all play together. Older technology used the 27mh and 49mh bands which mean that only two kids could play at once.
I played with this car for a few days, put it through its paces and I’m really enjoying it. I set up jumps and it flew, put it on a straightaway and it flew even faster. The car is able to right itself after it falls over. So if it takes a wicked jump it and lands on its back the plastic ring around it allows the car to flip itself back over. I found that you have to use the remote to rock it a bit in order to flip it sometimes but for the most part it right s itself on its own.
The car comes with a set of Outdoor Tires, some indoor tires and a remote. The remote takes 6 AA batteries and serves as a charging station for the car. The car will take about 30 to 50 minutes to fully charge. The run time on the car varies depending upon using the Slow or Fast modes. The faster you race it the quicker the battery charge runs down. But in the time you do get to run it around and play with it you’ll be excited by what it can do.
