I’ve been reading alot about bonefish recently. The Jimmy Buffett books, Where is Joe Merchant and A Salty Piece of Land both mention bonefish. And I was wondering what one was. Last night I ate at The Bonefish Grill and asked the waitress what one was, however she didn’t really know. So I turned to the internet and found the information. Bonefish are found primarily in the shallows of the Florida Keys. Makes sense as that is where alot of the Buffett books take place. Well now I can put a picture of what a bonefish is in my head as I finish Where is Joe Merchant.

The Bonefish Grill however was a fantastic place for dinner. I had swordfish topped with sauteed spinach, bacon, and a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Very tasty.
