It's the perfect combination of salty and sweet. I want to cook real bacon and add it to my chocolate chip cookies too!! Have you ever heard of this delightful thing called a "bacon Mat?" You weave the bacon like a mat as you did in Kindergarten, you then wrap it around any item of your choice... chocolate chip cookies sound perfect, then bake briefly to crisp up the bacon!!!
