Remember my 2009 Commitments? I’m still working through them all. The pile of things to read has gotten higher, but the 1st book there is Joe Decker’s The World’s Fittest You. I’m reading that now. Gotta stay motivated to lose the weight. Off to bed so I can work out tomorrow. Good book so far, check it out if you are so inclined.
