Digital frames are getting less expensive and larger. We are thinking that they would be a great idea for Eva’s grandparents. One thing that we would like to do is have the frames able to get a RSS feed from Flickr so that all we would have to do is upload an image tag it with the keyword Eva and the photo would appear on the frame down in Florida within a few minutes.

The best case scenario would be to have a wireless enabled frame that receives updates automatically through an RSS or directly through an e-mail.

I was reading about the PhotoVu’s 17inch frame that is both RSS and wi-fi enabled. This would be perfect but it is $700. Might as well buy a computer for that amount of money. And 17 inches is a bit large. I think 8 X 10 will probably be overkill too.
