Photo-A-Day #1692

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the US. We’re going to be spending the day with my parents, Tara and Erik, Shelby and Bonnie and Howard. I am actually looking forward to the parade tomorrow for the first time in forever because Eva is old enough to be interested and also excited. I’m excited to have a turkey drumstick that isn’t going to make me want to go off into the woods to die. (Re: Buffett Concert this year, check the archives) There will also be some other great food and it will be nice to hang out with the family and relax, can we please relax, tomorrow.

Jim Kukral has helped me quite a bit over the past few weeks and I saw that he made a call for guest bloggers recently. I was inspired to write a post so yesterday I crafted a really good one that I was pretty proud of and sent it over to Jim. He liked it and posted it right away. Please do me a favor and visit the post on Jim’s Blog. It is titled Gratitude Blogging is a Road to Success. Let Jim know what you thought of my writing and if you’d like me to write some more pieces as guest posts.

My new Motorola DROID arrived today and well as you can see the stickers are still on it because I cannot activate it. You can read about my droid and droid adventures on my new Droid related Blog (and today I learned how to set up wordpress manually and create subdomains, very cool). More fodder for my How to Blog series going up soon on Prfessor.
