Demo went well this morning. After that was done I drove back to the airport to catch my flight to Kalamazoo, MI. I was either in an airport or in the air all day long. That is okay I took Evabear all over the airport and got many photos including these.
The photo above was taken by a flight attendant that befriended me on my flight from BWI to DTW. Apparently there were enough attendants on the flight so she got to sit that leg out. she saw Evabear and asked me about it. I told her that this was one of my first work trips that Eva would notice me being gone. So to make her connected to the trip I took along Evabear. She loved the idea and suggested that we get some photos of Evabear in the cockpit. At the end of the flight we waited till everyone got off the plane and she asked the pilot if she could take the photos. So she took that one and this one too.
I took a page from Ed Gerety’s book and talked to the people sitting near me on the plane. I met that really nice flight attendant and also a nice woman on my next flight as well. On my flight from DTW to AZO I met a nice woman who was coming home to be with her sick father. She was leaving behind three lovely little girls and her husband for a week (maybe more, please pray for her and her family). She noticed me reading my copy of Digital Photo Pro and we got to talking about our favorite hobby, photography. she take photos of the products in her family business and she said that her kids, dog and horses make her favorite subjects. Her business is very interesting, they sell used restaurant equipment and the business is doing well. It always amazes me what people can do to make businesses for themselves.
So we talked photography and she asked if the magazine was a good one. It is and okay magazine. I gave it too her when we landed. I like to pass along magazines and books that someone else can enjoy. It was a good travel day. Evabear liked it as well.
