A Paw Patrol Birthday Party

Today is my sister, Tara’s Birthday. We had a birthday party at my parents’ house after we all went to see Eva as Mary in the Stations of the Cross over at School.

Eva was Mary in the live Stations of the Cross at the school. She did an excellent job in the silent tableaus that the kids created. All of the students did a nice job and it was certainly one of the better Stations of the Cross that I have ever seen. Even Father Dave had high praise for the kids.

After the Stations of the Cross we went over to mom and dad’s house and had the birthday party for Tara. She had gotten some personalized Paw Patrol Capes made up for each of the kids along with some really nice felt masks of the various pups. The masks were a little small so it was hilarious when one of the adults put them on. So, we did that over and over again.

We had cupcakes and ice cream cake to celebrate and then we had some pizza. Tara ordered the pizza and dad and I went down to get it. I went in to the shop and the guy told me it was going to be about 8 minutes he had made the 3 pizzas already but they were overcooked so he was making more of them but was giving us the overcooked ones as well. I walked out of there with 6 pizzas. There was enough for myself and my sister Shelby to take an entire pizza, plus a small box of pizza, home.

The party was a nice one and then it was off and running for Allison and Eva to get to dance and also Andrew and I to get him to Karate. This is a very busy week so far and there is a bunch more happening.
