Being Patient, Taking Time

Photo-A-Day #1901

I’ve decided to make a change. When I decide to make a change it is because I have thought about it for a long while and finally decided to act. However, now that I’ve made my decision I now have to wait for everything to catch up. That is probably one of the most frustrating things because once I make a decision it is because I’m ready to act on it. The most frustrating thing is that this change isn’t going to happen for 3-4 months.

While that frustrating thing is happening everything else is cool. I’m enjoying being a part of Geek Dads Weekly, Collective Bias (ShaveNewWorld.com) and Blogging Tips. I just found out that my session got accepted for the Modern Media Man summit too. So in September I’ll be going down to Atlanta and I am so excited.

Speaking of Excitement I’m headed to Utah for the Evolution of Women in Social Media on Thursday. So one last day of work before a long weekend of great fun with fun people. And on Saturday I’m speaking on a panel with some nice Dad bloggers. Friday I am taking in dinner at Spruce at the Waldorf Astoria, too. That will be tasty.
