Christmas is for Kids Shopping Trip

Photo-A-Day #2429

We had a fun morning shopping at Target as a family today. We did our annual Christmas is for Kids Toy shopping trip. Christmas is for Kids is an annual toy drive in our town. Achin’s Garage does this toy drive each year and we save money all year long to get some toys together to give to the event. this year we were able to get together a good amount of money and we picked up a bunch of great toys for kids.

We started by having a little snack at the Target cafe. Some hot pretzels and popcorn. I’m so addicted to the hot pretzels at Target. They are so tasty. We enjoyed them and ambled around the store looking for some great toy deals. We also looked at the arts and crafts aisle and found some great Crayola sets, one Tinkerbell and one for Cars 2. They were buy two and get $5 gift card, very cool.

Then we made our way to the Toy section and picked up all sorts of toys including LEGO, KRE-O, BIZU, My Little Pony, Hot Wheels and Transformers. Because of all of the SwagsGiving stuff we had some great knowledge of what toys would be a lot of fun for kids. It was great and I look forward to bringing those toys over to Achin’s Garage tomorrow.
