Canoe culture has been around a long time and for so long tat many people think of canoes as the most popular mode for non powered water sports. there are sites that have decor for people who enjoy canoing I have even seen a canoe themed table lamp and a sconce with canoe paddles.

So what about the kayaker? I have found very little in my searches to represent decor for a kayaker. I may not want a lamp or sconce but something that shows that a kayaker lives here. Maybe I should hang one of my boats on the wall, that would certainly let people know a kayaker lived in my house.

Actually I think that this year I will pick up a kayak Christmas ornament and have baby Eva’s name put on it for her first Christmas.
