EvaBear is Back in Vegas

Photo-A-Day #2014

Today I traveled to Las Vegas. It is finally time for BlogWorld & New Media Expo. I’m really psyched about this and cannot wait for all the sessions to start tomorrow.

Today was a typical travel day. It started with me getting to Central parking only to find that there was no parking available. However they were letting cars in and the traffic person told me to park in a tow away zone. I saw across the way that there was a tight spot that was a legitimate spot. I did not trust that my car would be where I parked it on return from Vegas so I pulled over there and slipped out of the car. The spot would not have been tight had the Audi owner not parked across the double lines of the space. I have a feeling that there may be some damage to my car once I return. I have a feeling that the guy will not be happy that he’s wedged in even though he parked like a sphincter.

The flights were decent enough. I actually was in First Class. My airline miles ended up getting me those seats for the same price as regular seats. So I sat in relative comfort the entire flight. Having the iPad with me was great for the flight, I caught up on a ton of podcasts.

I just started watching some of the This Week In shows. I had been watching This Week In YouTube and signed up for This Week In Comedy and This Week In Movies. Problem is, they are so long. I don’t mind a long audio podcast but a long video one (over an hour and a half) is gonna be tough to keep up with, real tough. So I may be really behind on those ones.

I got to Vegas really, really late too. There was barely any time to get to have a little sleep before my body woke me up really early and I haven’t been able to go back to sleep yet.

Well, at least I will be up and ready to go for the day ahead at BlogWorld Expo. Also if you are here and you are reading this make sure that you come to my session Content You Care About on Friday at 2:45pm. You can even sign up to attend via PlanCast.
