Guardians of the Galaxy Gamora Featurette – Featuring Zoe Saldana

Gamora - Guardians of the GalaxySee that green skinned alien beauty to the left? Well that is the deadly assassin Gamorra from Guardians of the Galaxy. Gamora is played by Zoe Saldana who has a history of playing strong women in science fiction movies. She was Uhura in the new Star Trek movies and Neytiri in Avatar. Her background in dance also helps with all her physical and graceful moves int eh fight scenes.

Next Saturday I will get to meet and interview Zoe Saldana. I am very excited to see Guardians of the Galaxy and see more of Zoe in action. The short clip I saw this past Monday only gave a small taste of the incredible action that is coming. You can see more of Zoe as Gamora in this video below.

An action-packed, epic space adventure, Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the entire universe.
