Playing with the XShot while wearing my GeekFitters.com T Shirt. I can easily get 5 people in one shot with the XShot. A great night of food and fun with friends.
Ken also made some delicious Strawberry shortcakes. I really should have been taping the meticulous (I may even say obsessive) way that he prepared the strawberries. That also including “mashing” them a bit to get the juice out of them. Here are some photos of the finished products.

Ken makes a mean Strawberry Shortcake, it was well worth the 45 minute prep time. And there I exaggerate only slightly. These should be called 45 minute ‘long’ cakes.
After dinner and dessert we played some games of Simpson’s Uno. A fun game to play with a group of friends.
