Today I hit my 300th Perfect Workout at Koko Fit Club. I’ve been going there for over two years and in my first year I got 33 perfect workouts. When I started in 2012 I got 1 perfect workout. Then in 2013 I got 33 perfect workouts. In 2014 I made the goal to achieve 100 perfect workouts and from that time on I’ve been pretty consistent about getting a perfect workout. Pretty much the only time that I do not get a perfect workout is during a strength test. I’ve also been working on making sure that I get in 12 strength and 12 cardio each month. In 2014 I really started to buckle down and be as consistent as possible at the club.
