Are you the technical guru of your family? Well I am for mine and that means that I get questions about how to do things on the computer all the time. Sometimes this is over the phone when either my parents, in-laws or friends are in need of some computer help. If only I could take advantage of remote access to their computers I could take care of the problems as if I was sitting directly in front of the computer.
One of the most frustrating things for me when trying to diagnose and fix computer problems is not being able to see exactly what is wrong. I could take acre of these problems if I was using RemotePC, this would allow me to access those PC’s from anywhere even when I am on the road and cannot be sitting in front of the computer. But I better not let anyone I know know I could have that ability or I would be on permanent help desk duty.
