Last night I realized that I hadn’t taken a photo of Eva and she was already down for the night. So I missed getting a photo of her being 8 months old. Well, today I made sure I got a photo of her at eight months + one day old. Right now she is giving us a little grief because she will not go to sleep. She’s screaming bloody murder when we put her in bed and we have no clue. So she is up and smiling and happy to be with us. I’m a bit happy to have her up a little later only because I don’t get much time to spend with her at night. I come in and she is all smiles for me and today she was playing with her alphabet blocks and she motioned for me to sit with her (At least that is what I saw). So we played for a bit and then I ran to the North Attleboro Animal Shelter to take some photos of some of the cats. Oh they have some cute ones and I’ll be adding them to Flickr tomorrow. You might want to check out the post below I am looking for more photos. If you can’t take one with a sign then please send me a photo and a hope filled message. I would like as many as possible.
I got an e-mail today from Photrade. I haven’t used them in a while but I did do a write up back after Blog World Expo, anyway I have a free pro account for life. And it looks like if I invite people they get a free pro account for a year. I have 4 invites left. Tell you what. There have been many bloggers who are also photographers who have been in contact with me for a while. So they most likely have my e-mail address. If you saw her motion for you to come sit with her, then I believe that’s just what she did. These little people are smart. You can believe she already knows it doesn’t take much to get dad to come play with her. 🙂

Yeah she is smart, she knows how to get daddy to do anything.
I think she’s probably upset because she’s been waiting for the nice UPS man to deliver a package of BE to her mommy…but that hasn’t happened in so long she’s beginning to worry! Or she’s like the kid in the Disney commercial that is “too excited to sleep” because she knows she’s coming to Florida soon and will get to see that wacky chick with the crazy red hair.

That would be a long E. You probably know that many people no matter how much you tell them will always pronounce the name wrong. It doesn’t help at work when a co worker had an Ava at the same time.
Cute kid Drew. It’s great that you are getting all these photos because they grow so damn quick and years later when you look back on them you will thank your lucky stars that you took the time to snap some shots.

Nope, it doesn’t take them long at all. This one is going to be mobile very very soon too.
Talk about a cute little bundle. Times flies. Ours is turning 17 month on the 20th of this months, and she sure keeps us busy!
She’s now walking and running all over the place. She just started uttering little words, maybe 2 or 3, but you just know that the verbiage flood is coming!

Thanks very much David. The time really has been flying and I get overwhelmed by how much she has changed. Allison gave me my Father’s Day gift early and I’ll be sharing it with everyone on Father’s Day but that gift truly made me realize how fast she has grown up. She will soon be mobile. Her mind wants it but her body is not following those commands yet. And she’s gonna be a talker.
