Photo-A-Day #895 09/20/07

Taylor

I was walking into the house today and noticed Taylor in the back yard, the way the light was hitting her was really peaceful. Since today is the day for Dogs on Thursday. I’d love to join this meme as well but I just don’t have the time to make sure I take a Photo-A-Day, Macro Mondays, Photo Hunters and Green Thumb Sunday as well as the other meme of Cats on Tuesday and Dogs on Thursday. So many great photo memes are out there.

Today I worked from home, met with our financial guy and got a haircut. I also found out that I will be a Postie Reporter for CollegeFest in Boston on Saturday and Sunday! I am so excited. That is going to be fun and I’m going to be taking tons of photos. Thanks everyone for the support at helping me get selected.

This is a great opportunity for me for do some photography as well as network with people and get paid. It is gonna be fun. I will get to meet Marty, Britt, Travis and my man Ashley.

I’ll be walking around the event, talking to people, taking photos, maybe giving away things and also being filmed for an episode of RockStartup!. I will also be blogging twice a day from the event and I’ll be twittering and also updating on Pownce and Zooomr and Flickr! Look for all the fun photos from the event.

Tonight we had baby class and it looks like next week will be our last week of classes, we are finishing up early and that is just fine with me, I need the time at home.

  1. Congrats on getting picked for this, Drew! I know you’ll do a great job with it. I’ll be looking forward to seeing the videos and blog posts and all.

  2. Congrats! I really liked that picture very much of dog. I love pets very much and the dog in your photo is looking just like my dog.
