Photo-A-Day #2007

I’ve been doing quite a bit of guest posting lately. I’m writing over on Bloggingtips.com once a week still and this week is a post about BlogWorld & New Media Expo. I’m one week away from being in Las Vegas for the biggest blogging conference of the year. I’m so excited for this year because so many cool things are going to go on.

I’ve been doing work with Collective Bias and also Seagate and I am fortunate to be a sponsored blogger. That will really help when it comes time to pay for the trip. Also I’m going to finally get to sit down and meet some many people that I’ve been working with for a while from both Collective Bias and Seagate. I’ll also get to meet the people from Kodak that I have been working with as well. I’ve been very fortunate to be on the receiving end of some very cool gadgets from Kodak including the camera I used to take today’s shot.

The thing I am most excited about is that I am speaking at BlogWorld and New Media Expo. This will be my very first time speaking at the conference. My session is called Content You Care About. The session is all about creating great audio, video and photo content for your blog and the tools to use with the respective content. I’ve got some more work to do on it but I got a good dry run at Modern Media Man. It must have been good because Ted Murphy even thought it was good enough to tweet about it.

Back to the guest blogging I have a post up over at the XShot blog about using the XShot Kayak mount. I also sent one over for the Kodak blog regarding the other part of the rig I have for my kayak which would be the Kodak PlaySport Digital Waterproof Video Camera.
