SwagsGiving 2 Giveaway: Jungle Speed & Dixit

When I was at the Time to Play Showcase I learned about two fun games, Jungle Speed and Dixit. I left the showcase with a copy of each in tow. I really wanted Asmodee to be a part of SwagsGiving so I asked if they’d provide two additional copies of the game for me to give away. Asmodee makes some beautiful games you can find out about all of them at the The Asmodee Website. But the two I’m talking about are Jungle Speed and Dixit.

Jungle Speed is a fantastic combination of games like Uno, Spoons, and War. You take a set of 80 cards and divide them equally among the players, you can have up to eight. The object is to get rid of all of your cards. Game play begins and everyone flips a card. That is when the real fun begins. If there are players that have cards with the same design the players have a “Duel” and they have to go for the Totem. The totem is a large yellow plastic piece. So you have to keep on your toes or you are going to end up with more cards.

Dixit is an interesting game where players take turns telling stories about their cards in an effort to bluff the other players and guess what image tells a story. Imagination and storytelling is key with this game and the more creative you are the better you will be at the game. The game says that it is for ages 8 and up but I played a variation of the game with Eva and she’s only 4 years old. She is also very creative and verbal. The game itself is so beautiful and simple. Each card is a wonderfully illustrated image that can be view up or down. A great addition to family game night to get your family talking.

If you’d like to win your own set of the 2 Asmodee games then enter below through the Rafflecopter Widget. Please read and follow the directions of each entry. Thank you.

Disclosure: I received a copy of this toy to review and blog about as well as give away as part of the SwagsGiving Event. Opinions about the toy are 100% my own.

  1. I have played both of these games before and love them! I would love to own them. I would probably get Dixit 2 just to add more fun to Dixit!

  2. I would like to play Jungle Speed Game–I would love the fast pace as well as it would definitely interest my 6 yr. old
