We had a wonderful dinner tonight with one of Allison’s former co-workers and good friend, Peg. She came over and we grilled up some Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls and had Angle Hair pasta with Lobster (Shaws had them for only $4.99 lb, how could I pass that up) and also corn on the cob. It was a delicious meal. The kids had fun and Peg enjoyed their antics. It was a nice night.
I am so glad that the Spring has come back and we can once again eat outside. Allison found a recipe for Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls and decided to make them. We had a nice meal out on the patio and look forward to many more evenings around our patio table after grilling up a delicious dinner.
In addition to the steak rolls we also grilled up potato wedges and had some colorful sliced veggies. I certainly hope that we have that again this summer.
