Enjoying Ice Cream from Sundaes

Tonight Allison, Andrew and I went to Sundae’s for some delicious ice cream to help support Play it Forward. One of my fellow bloggers was having a fundraiser and we went to help. Sundae’s does a great job helping people with fundraisers on Mondays. Each location works with a different charity on Mondays. They donate 20% towards the fundraiser, too.

Sundaes was a great place. They have a ton if ice cream flavors and also options for people with allergies. They also have a ton of different toppings and they have chocolate dipped waffle cones that are rolled in jimmies or krunch kote, my favorite. I had to get one of those waffle cones.

We took the kids to Pizzeria Uno for a fund raising event tonight. Both kids did very very well at the restaurant. They each did Make Your Own Pizza (no cheese for Andrew) and were happy with their selections. Allison and I got some 2 for $12 options and I really liked getting a personal sized pizza and a wedge salad (my favorite of the salads). Since it was for a fundraiser and the kids were so good we split a dessert which was very tasty. It was a chocolate Chip cookie with ice cream and whipped cream and chocolate sauce served warm, delicious!
