A Proud Great-Grandma

Allison, Eva, Andrew and I went for lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse. We were there with my Grandparents, Aunt Carol and Aunt Candy. It was really nice to have lunch with the family. Grandma was over the moon to spend time with Andrew. Andrew was all smiles and charming not only the family but the restaurant staff as well. We had a very nice day.

After our lunch we dropped over to Sears to look at TVs. We are still on the lookout for a new TV. I’m also heading to Chicago this Thursday and Friday for a round table discussion with, you guessed it… Sears. We’re going to talk about the Shop Your Way Rewards program. I don’t know that much about it so I figured I’d do a little research. I’m looking forward to finding out more about the program and trying to help give the best advice I can.

Has it Been Seven Years Already?

Today was my 38th birthday. I had to work for part of it and slept for another part of it but in the end it turned out pretty sweet. I got home from work and had breakfast with Allison, Eva and Andrew. Then I slept for five hours. Had to recover some rest from the weekend before facing the day ahead. I got up and headed downstairs. I was greeted by a table full of cupcakes and decorated in Transformers! I guess I selected the right shirt for the day.
