I enjoy hot Wheels cars. I didn’t have many of them when I was a kid, well, actually I had plenty of the cars but not the signature orange tracks to race them around the house. Whenever I had a friend who had Hot Wheels tracks I was all about playing with them and making sweet jumps and loops and fun tracks to race on. However, with this game you don’t need to have all those tracks to enjoy racing excitement, you can race on over 76 different tracks including loops with the signature orange track.
While at the Time to Play Holiday showcase I got to see one of the hot toys of 2011, the Hot Wheels Wall Tracks. This is a fantastic toy because it took something that we all know and love, Hot Wheels tracks and shifted the whole dynamic of the experience. Tracks get moved from the floor to the wall. The Hot Wheels Wall Tracks stick to the wall using 3M Command Strips. I love how Hot Wheels went and looked at something as simple as the Command Strips and said, hey, can we use these to stick our tracks to the wall? The answer is a resounding YES!
