My First Bluetooth Headset

Bluetooth
Photo-A-Day #963

I have assimilated. I went and got a bluetooth headset and already I love it. I charged it for a few minutes and then set it up with my phone. And now I can actually make calls and receive calls and talk to people on my phone. It is limping along to the very end of life with me. It just has to last me till January and I can finally get my EnV. Also the Plantronics headset is very very comfortable and the sound is great. I am pretty pleased with the purchase too.

Tonight we dressed Eva in a cute little winter sleeper. She is getting so big that she’s not going to be wearing it for much longer. I can’t believe how fast she is growing.

Photo-A-Day #963b 11/27/07

Today I made some great contacts with some fascinating bloggers. First up is Anne-Marie of The Write Spot. She was at Blog World Expo and we’ve been discussing the experience. Unfortunately we didn’t meet while there. Maybe at another convention.

I also made contact with a very special article of clothing, Olga the traveling bra may be visiting me this summer to have an adventure to add to her already amazing life. You have to read her 100% True Story. It is a very clever story and a very fun website. Stop over and tell Olga I sent you.

Also, my friend Ashley from IZEA wrote a special post about the Machinski Fund and the 2008 Photo-A-Day Calendar. Thanks Ashley!

I wrote a Tech Tuesday for FuelMyBlog and they have a new contest going on as well to win a copy of Microsoft Expression.

Two out of the three contest posts are ready to go for December 1st and already my pal Stephen The Dog is excited about entering the contests.

Also I have read David Allen’s book Getting things Done, you might remember that I lent it to a friend who needed some organizational help in his life and he subsequently lost the book. Well this is the book he really needs. Warning, contains a graphic word that will not be uttered on this blog.

Got the headsets, waiting on the memory cards and iGo tips though.

The Fab Four – Part 2

In the concluding video of the Fab Four we get to hear the rest of the story from our panelists. Drew, Karen, Mr Fab. and Colleen.

Being a part of this group was really one of the highlights of my time at Postiecon. Although the Cake Plow and the party at Tao were also very very fun. I liked that while I was up there I could see the live feed happening and that is why you probably see me looking down. I think someone said on there “Let Drew talk, he has to go back to old questions because he didn’t get a chance to answer them.”

Sure that happened and was a bit frustrating but I don’t have a dominating personality and just go with the flow. I don’t begrudge anyone for rocking the mic. I said what I wanted to say for the most part and when things were important that I think the viewers wanted to see I would go back to questions I didn’t get a chance to answer. Of course I bet quite a few people were wondering what I was doing up there in the first place. No matter, it was a great time and I was surrounded by some great people both on the stage and off.
