I Found the Perfect One

I Found the Perfect One

I went over to pick up Eva from dance class early tonight. I wanted to get there early so that I could take some photos of Andrew as he ran around the hill full of pumpkins, or rather punknins as Andrew calls them. He had a fun time running all over the place looking for the perfect one. We eventually purchased two very small pumpkins, one for each of the kids. The people selling the pumpkins gave Andrew some extra stickers for the pumpkin. He was so happy about that and the kids had fun with their pumpkins when they got home.

While I was at the dance studio my camera fell off my shoulder and hit the concrete floor. It still works and the super awesome lens on it works as well. However I have noticed some issues. I don’t have good high continuous shooting at this point. I can hear the shutter more and I find it being slow in that mode. Luckily my NX1 still flies when it shoots continuous.

Sprinkler Fun

Photo-A-Day #3713

Since we moved the lilies from the backyard to over the kittie’s grave there has been a big bare spot on the lawn. So, I picked up some grass seed to try and cover it up.

Well, it hasn’t rained so I pulled out the sprinkler and hose. The kids decided that it was time enough to play in the sprinkler instead. So they enjoyed some fun in the water. They got super soaked but didn’t care.

This Summer is going to be a fun one. I am looking forward tho when we can use the squirt guns and all the water balloons together. That will be fun.
