Painting Project with the Kids

Allison took the kids to KMart to pick up snow boots and also some crafting sets. When I came downstairs for dinner the kids were painting at the dinner table. Eva had a Musical Wooden Nativity set that she was painting and Andrew had a Wooden Dump Truck that he was painting. Both kids were really enjoying being able to create with paints. I had fun playing with the on camera options for editing like selective color and the oil painting setting on today’s Photo-A-Day image.

Eva was so proud of her Nativity set. She can’t wait to put the stickers onto it tomorrow morning.

Photo-A-Day #1725

Today Eva used her new Crayola watercolors. She really enjoyed herself with these paints. I didn’t get to see her paint but Allison took a great photo of Eva wearing her IZEA “I Heart Geeks” shirt from Heather in BC. The shirt is huge on her and is already stained (we tried to clean it but it didn’t work) so it is her painting shirt.
