We received Color Cube Sudoku for free from ThinkFun to play with and review. Opinions of the game are 100% our own. I have also included Amazon.com affiliate links so that you can get the game for yourself.

The other day we had a family game day. While we played a bunch of games for the whole family to enjoy there were also some individual games for everyone to enjoy. One of the games was Color Cube Sudoku from ThinkFun. This is a rather challenging game but then again, if games were easy they wouldn’t keep our attention. This game is unlike any others that I have seen from ThinkFun. There are no individual cards that tell you where to place pieces. You pretty much place one of the cubes into one of the nine spaces and from there attempt to arrange the rest of the cubes so that you solve the puzzle. Here is the official description of the game.

It is also a portable game because each of the challenges and the game board are self contained and magnetic. This is a perfect game for kids on long car rides to help challenge their minds.
